Knowing what your blood sugar levels are is essential to maintain the health of the body. Blood sugar levels in the body can be high, average, or low. Eight hours after eating is the best time to take an accurate blood sugar reading. Diabetes patients should maintain a healthy balance and check their blood sugar levels frequently. During the day, blood sugar levels fluctuate often and are said to be low when it falls below 70 mg/dL. Signs Of Low Blood Sugar
Hunger
If you have feelings of hunger, your body may be alerting you to a drop in blood sugar. Low or high blood sugar levels might cause feelings of hunger or a strong desire to eat something.
Fatigue
Fatigue is one of the most common signs of low blood sugar. A drop in blood sugar can cause persistent weakness, exhaustion, and low energy. Diabetic fatigue is a common term used to describe the condition in people with diabetes.

Sleepiness

Severe hypoglycemia is more likely to occur while you sleep, primarily at night, and it typically lasts longer and goes unnoticed during this time. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) states that these encounters are probably going to disrupt sleep, which could explain the association by producing somnolence during the day.
Headache
Another common indicator of hypoglycemia is headache. Headaches can result from low blood sugar because it changes hormones like adrenaline and norepinephrine. A persistent headache that worsens even after eating something sugary could be a sign of dangerously low blood sugar.
Inability To Concentrate
When the body does not have enough sugar or glucose to function, brain cells malfunction. This could make it difficult to concentrate. Low blood sugar can occur as a side effect of diabetic treatment when you take more insulin than your body needs to function.
