Kiwi is naturally sweet, which makes it a filling and healthy wintertime snack, according to WebMD. So here we have listed some of the advantages of adding these small and healthy fruit kiwis this winter season.

Vitamins C and E are abundant in kiwis. In children who have asthma and wheezing, both of them improve lung function and helps in the treatment of asthma.
Healthy Heart
Kiwifruits are a great source of dietary fiber and vitamin C. By preserving a healthy blood pressure and lowering LDL, or bad cholesterol, it can lower blood pressure and minimize the risk of stroke and heart disease.
Improves Digestion
Actinidin, potassium, and fiber are abundant in kiwis. They facilitate digestion and address typical digestive problems, including loose stools and constipation. For the digestive system to remain healthy, certain nutrients are necessary.
Cancer Treatment
Kiwifruit extracts have been shown to be effective against DNA oxidative damage and oral cancer cell lines. Vitamin C lowers the risk of cancer by battling free radicals.
