Good sleep is the key to boosting health. It strengthens immunity, balances hormones and improves focus. Poor sleep leads to fatigue, poor decision-making, and long-term health problems. It is important to keep the room cool and dark to get quality rest.

30 Minutes Of Daily Sunlight

Sunlight is the most natural source of vitamin D, which is essential for strong bones, immune support and mood regulation. It is important to spend at least half an hour outdoors, preferably in the morning, to regulate the body’s circadian rhythm and keep energy levels stable.

You can also add ingredients like ajwain, jeera or ginger to your morning water to get added benefits from just water.
