Soak two tea bags in hot water and then chill them in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Place them on the closed eyes for 10-15 minutes. Repeat for best results.

Cold Milk

Cold milk acts as a natural cleanser and contains lactic acid, which helps to reduce puffiness and lighten dark circles. Dip a cotton ball in cold milk and apply it under the eyes. Leave for 10 minutes before rinsing off with cold water. Use twice to see noticeable changes,

Cucumber Slices

Potatoes have natural bleaching agents that help reduce dark circles under the eyes. Grate a raw potato and extract its juice. Soak cotton pads in the juice and place them on the eyes. Leave for 15-20 minutes and then rinse off. Repeat daily.
