Bhujangasana
The asana, known as bhujangasana, is shaped like the rising hood of a cobra. All you need to do is take a deep breath and hold it after lying flat on your stomach with both palms beneath your shoulders. Second, raise your shoulders, chest, and head. Keep your navel down. On an empty stomach, practice this pose in the morning and hold it for 15 to 20 seconds.

Dhanurasana
The pose known as Dhanurasana, which resembles a stringed bow, is good for curing asthma and massaging the heart. It is also ideal for easing weariness and tension. In the morning, perform this yoga stance on an empty stomach, holding it for 30 seconds. Your chest, neck, and shoulders expand in this position.
Bitilasana
One of the basic and effortless Yopga positions that mimics a cow's stance is called Bitilasana. This yoga pose extends your back, strengthens your neck, and enhances your balance and posture. This is a morning yoga stance that requires you to enter on an empty stomach and hold the pose for fifteen seconds.
Ustrasana
Your back and shoulders will get stronger and more supple with the help of Ustrasana. Your breathing gets better, and your chest opens up. Start with an empty stomach and hold the stance for at least 60 seconds in the morning.

Natarajasana
This is a familiar position for many individuals. Lord Shiva's dancing position is reminiscent of the Natarajasana asana. On an empty stomach, practice this stance in the morning and hold it for thirty seconds.

Chakrasana
