To build weight and strength, some of us enjoy drinking milk with chocolate, bananas, or other fruits. However, not every meal is compatible with milk. Fish
Since milk has a cooling impact and fish have a heating effect, eating milk and fish together is bad. This unhealthful mixture causes an imbalance in the digestive system, which results in chemical alterations. Constipation, bloating, and other digestive issues may be brought on by the imbalance.
Watermelon
With 90% water content, watermelons are an excellent source of hydration. Combining the laxative effects of milk with the diuretic qualities of watermelon can lead to nausea, loose movements, and digestive issues.

Banana
We often think that combining milk and bananas is beneficial. However, since milk and bananas are heavy and take a long time to digest, you should avoid eating them together. You may experience weariness and vertigo as a result of this protracted digesting phase.
Radish
Radish is another unhealthful meal to pair with milk. Due to its high heat content, radish should not be consumed with milk as it might burn your stomach. Moreover, you should avoid eating radish just after consuming milk since it may induce digestive issues.
