With the increasing temperatures in summer, we are inclined towards cool foods and beverages that sometimes can be bad for our health. In this season, we prefer cool juices over any other drinks and they may contain large amounts of sugar, which can further lead to spikes in blood sugar levels. Consuming Salty Foods
