Ayurveda Day is an occasion to recognise and celebrate the significance and relevance of Ayurveda - India's ancient system of holistic medicine. This year marks the 10th National Ayurveda Day and will be held at the All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) in Goa as a major milestone with the aim to celebrate traditional Indian medicine and share it's importance worldwide.
