BTS V Workout Routine

1. Weight Training

BTS’ V consistently engages in weight training as a part of his workout routine. A video from 2023 went viral in which BTS’ V was seen practising a shoulder workout in a gym with utmost dedication. He performed lateral delt flys and lateral shoulder flys, for wide shoulders and strength. These exercises target muscles and work to strengthen and develop stronger muscles and broader shoulders.

2. Dumbbell Lateral Raise

In one of the Weverse live sessions, Kim Taehyung shared his gym workout session with his fans. In the video, the BTS member was seen performing dumbbell lateral raises, which is a shoulder training exercise that includes lifting a pair away from your body in an external rotation.

3. Cardio Sessions

BTS’ V engages in rigorous dancing sessions as a part of his cardio sessions. Dancing is a great cardio exercise that lets your whole body engage, lets you sweat it out and provides advantages similar to brisk walking or jogging. F

4. Face-Pull Ups

Apart from dumbbell lateral raises and cardio sessions, BTS V also gave his fans a glimpse of himself doing face-pull ups in one of the Weverse sessions. Face-pull ups are incredibly advantageous exercises that target your traps, rear delts, and rhomboids, make your back look thick and improve posture and balance.

5. Shoulder Press
