For Circa - Firmly place your finger pads right above your eyebrows, and spot circles towards your temples and hairline. Slowly move up covering the entire forehead.

Frown-line Relaxer - Place your thumb on your scalp, raise your fingers from forehead to scalp hairline and massage up and down. 10 times

Temple Forehead Lifts - Place your palms on your forehead and raise your eyebrows 20 times.
