After this, she consumes a glass of lemon-infused lukewarm water, known for its detoxifying properties. She also suggests that apple cider vinegar can be beneficial for health when added to lukewarm water. However, she opts for lemon due to her sensitivity to acidity, which often leads to bloating.
Breakfast
Sasural Simar Ka actress believes in keeping her breakfast light and simple. She enjoys a soothing cup of tea accompanied by two lightly toasted biscuits. After this, she takes her multivitamins, making sure her body receives essential nutrients. Dipika also prefers to eat seasonal fruit.
