Change Clothes Immediately: Wet clothes can lower your body temperature, making you more susceptible to infections. To stay warm, change into dry clothes as quickly as you can.

Take a Warm Shower: A warm shower helps to regulate your body temperature and wash away any dirt or pollutants from the rainwater.

Dry Your Feet & Head Thoroughly: Wet feet can lead to fungal infections. Ensure your feet are dry and wear clean, dry socks. Using a moisturiser can help to keep the skin intact.

Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids, especially warm beverages like herbal teas or soups, to help maintain your body temperature and boost your immune system.

Eat Immunity-Boosting Foods: Incorporate foods rich in Vitamin C, such as citrus fruits, bell peppers, and green leafy vegetables, as well as anti-inflammatory spices like ginger, garlic, and turmeric.
