It is important to pay attention to your mood when you wake up in the morning as it can have a lasting impact on the rest of your day. Practising certain strategies can help you transform your morning routine into a good mood.

Sleeping with a picture of what your next day would look like gives you a sense of security. Along with it, its baseline prepares you for what’s going to come next, so that your mind is ready, whether it’s office work, travel, or school chores for children, there is a rough idea in your head of how the day is going to pan out.

Schedule Wake-Up Time

This is an essential step to have a good start to the day, This is the first step to the day’s planning. Only when you wake up at a certain time, you will have ample time to follow your morning routine which is a keystone to how the rest of your day will proceed.

Exercise & Meditation

A morning workout is essential for many reasons, it helps you recharge your body both physically and mentally, as well as, it releases endorphins, your happy hormones, preparing you to face the challenges of the day. Meditation on the other hand calms your senses and gives that stability to your mind space that enhances your capacity to face new challenges.

Screen Barrier

In today’s time, it is almost impossible to wake up and not indulge in your phone if you consciously do not make this choice. Early morning screen bingeing clutters your mind as well as takes up your precious “me time” that is essential for other morning schedule activities.
