Do you know that limiting the amount of time you spend on your phone's screen these days is crucial for several parts of your health? Excessive screen usage, particularly on smartphones, has also been connected to problems like sedentary behavior, disturbed sleep patterns, and eye strain. Long-term vision issues and digital eye fatigue may also be caused by prolonged screen usage.
Not only that, but excessive smartphone use can negatively affect mental health by causing feelings of stress, worry, and social isolation. By limiting screen time, people can prioritize social connections, exercise, and sound sleep, leading to a more balanced and healthier lifestyle. In the digital age, setting limits and being aware of screen usage are critical for promoting general wellbeing.
