Method 1

Combine coconut oil, amla, curry leaves and methi seeds in a pot or pan. Cook on low flame, stirring occasionally until all moisture evaporates.

Step 2- Infuse Herbs
Once moisture is gone, turn off the heat and let herbs steep in oil for 24 hours. This allows the herbs' beneficial nutrients to steep into the oil.

Step 3- Strain and Store
