In a conversation with Jagran English, Dr. Shruti Kotangale, Consultant Gynecologist & Obstetrician at AIMS Hospital in Dombivli, shared vital health tips that every woman should follow for longevity and overall well-being. 1. Maintain A Nutritious Diet
Women should follow a well-balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Avoid processed foods, excessive sugar, and saturated fats. Stay away from junk, oily, and canned foods. Staying hydrated by drinking enough water is essential. Additionally, quitting smoking and alcohol can significantly improve overall health.
2. Exercise Daily
No matter how busy your schedule is, set aside at least 45 minutes daily for physical activity. Engage in any form of exercise that suits you, such as gym workouts, yoga, Pilates, cycling, swimming, or aerobics.
3. Get Regular Health Check-ups
