Poor Dental Health
According to WebMD, because apple cider vinegar is high in acid, it could irritate the oesophagus (the tube that connects your throat and stomach) if you drink it straight or drink too much of it. Undiluted apple cider vinegar can also break down tooth enamel and lead to poor dental health.
Indigestion
Consuming too many amounts of apple cider vinegar can also cause indigestion. One should avoid drinking it on an empty stomach as it can disrupt the digestion process and also make you feel nauseous.

Hypokalemia

Hypokalemia is a health condition in which an individual has lower potassium levels than normal in their bloodstream. The WebMD states that if you have low potassium levels, too much apple cider vinegar could make the condition worse. This is because large amounts of ACV can reduce potassium levels. Therefore, avoid overusing ACV if you have kidney disease, since your kidneys might not be able to handle high levels of acid.
Delayed Stomach Emptying
Consuming apple cider vinegar daily may have the potential to reduce the rate at which the food leaves the stomach and enters the lower digestive tract. This may lead to slow absorption of nutrients in the bloodstream. It may also lead to the worsening of gastroparesis, a condition that may affect people living with diabetes.
Skin Burns
People who swear by apple cider vinegar may experience skin burns due to excessive consumption. The strong acidic nature of apple cider vinegar may irritate the skin and lead to skin burns and other skincare problems.
