Ingredients Required
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 boiled egg
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
- Salt to taste
- Cherry tomatoes (optional)

Prepare Avocado Mixture
Cut avocado in half and scoop out pulp while removing seed. Mix lemon juice, black pepper, oregano and chilli flakes with avocado. Mash with a fork for a creamy consistency.
Toast Sourdough Bread
Toast 2 sourdough slices or simple bread slices using toaster or on a non-stick pan. Achieve crispy crust and soft interior.
Assemble Avocado Toast
Spread mashed avocado mixture on toasted bread. Cut the boiled into halves and season with salt while placing them on the bread.
Garnish and Serve
Place chopped boiled egg on avocado toast. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with cherry tomatoes or fresh herbs for added flavour and visual appeal.
