How To Make One-Pot Vegetable Tehri Recipe?

  • 1. Add oil to a preheated pan. Add the ion to the hot oil.
  • 2. After frying the onion until golden brown, add potatoes for 3-4 minutes on high heat.
  • 3. Then, add all hopped veggies to the pan and add salt to taste. Stir well.
  • 4. Add green chillies again, mix well.
  • 5. Now add spices like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and biryani masala. Now stir well again.

  • 6. Now, turn up the heat and add curd; also, stir continuously, so the curd doesn't burst.
  • 7. Now, as the vegetable blend is cooking in the pan, the oil will come to the surface and then add a handful of peas, along with kasuri methi. Mix well.
  • 8. Now, add water, mix well and then add rice to the boiling curry. Gently stir and let everything cook at high flame.
  • 9. Now, as the water level reduces, add tomatoes, cover with the lid and let it cook on a low flame.
  • 10. Wait for 10-12 minutes, let it cook, and your vegetable tehri is ready.
