Chole Bhature

Tangy Sev Puri

  1. Cut the onion and potato into small pieces.
  2. Then boil the sprouting bean.
  3. Put some potatoes, sprouted beans, onions, and a sev puri on the plate.
  4. Then take some coriander leaves, tamarind, and green chutney to use as garnish for the dish.
  5. To make the dish more tasty, use pomegranate seeds.

Shahi Pulao

  1. Soak the rice for 30 minutes, and then completely drain the water.
  2. Add the saffron and chopped veggies to it and boil it for like 20 minutes. Then, on medium heat, take a pan and warm up the oil or ghee in the pan.
  3. Add finely chopped vegetables, dried fruits, herbs, and spices.
  4. Stir until the spices are fragrant and the vegetables are browned.
  5. Rice that has been boiled should be added to the pan and cooked briefly.

Badam Halwa

  1. Roast all the dry fruits and roasted semolina (suji) in ghee.
  2. In a separate pan, heat the milk and sugar to a low to medium boil.
  3. Mix the milk with the toasted sooji-dry fruit mixture and mix it properly. After that, add some almonds as a garnish.

Mango Lemon Cooler

  1. Cut the mango pieces into small pieces.
  2. Then take the lemon juice and the delicious mango slices and mix them together.
  3. A teaspoon of mango-lemon juice and cold soda should be combined in a glass.
  4. To taste, use black salt and chaat masala.
  5. Add leaves of peppermint as a garnish.
