Ranveer Singh often takes to Instagram to post glimpses of his workout sessions. Over the years, the actor has repeatedly gained and lost muscle, depending on the role he was preparing for at those times. Ranveer’s workout routine is a mix of weight training, cardio and fun activities.

He has been training with personal trainer Lloyd Stevens for several years now. In a throwback Instagram post, Stevens revealed how the actor prepped for his role in Befikre. He revealed Ranveer’s workout secret is to keep “It simple, pure consistency and hard work. No quick fixes.”
Mostly, his workouts focus more on his arms, especially the big biceps and triceps. Some of his key exercises include V Bar Push Downs, Lying Dumbbell Extensions, Underhand Straight Bar Extensions, and “To Failure” Diamond Press Ups in your triceps workout and Standing EZ Bar Curls, Seated Dumbbell Hammer Curls, and Chest Supported Spider Curls in your biceps workout.

Ranveer Singh’s Muscle Building Diet Plan
Ranveer Singh is a foodie, but he tries to maintain a protein-rich, low-carb diet plan to complement his workouts. He knows how to eat smart. During an Instagram “Ask Me Anything” session, Singh revealed that his diet consists of oats with nuts and chocolate chips, immunity shots, detox juice, probiotic drink and shilajit and ashwagandha date balls.
However, Ranveer falls weak for Nutella. His nutritionist, Anmol Singhal, revealed in an interview that he has found a healthy substitute for the chocolate spread. “It's an avocado mousse, made of 90 per cent dark chocolate chips and avocados,” he said.
Besides, he keeps himself hydrated throughout the day by drinking water. He also opts for lemon or cucumber sometimes to stay fresh and hydrated.

In an interview, the actor admitted that he takes inspiration from Hrithik Roshan. Ranveer started on his journey into the rough and tough man that he is today by taking cues from Hrithik Roshan’s fitness.
