Step-By-Step DIY Glowing Facial At Home With Natural Ingredients
Cleanse - Honey And Milk
This concoction is the best cleansing agent to get glowing skin at home. While honey is a natural antibacterial, milk contains lactic acid that helps cleanse and moisturise the skin. To make this cleanser, add a tablespoon of honey and milk. Mix together to form a smooth paste and gently massage it on the face in a circular motion. Keep massaging for two to three minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm water.
Exfoliate - Oatmeal And Yoghurt
Exfoliation is necessary to remove the dead skin. Mix a tablespoon of oats and two tablespoons of yoghurt to form a paste. Apply the mixture to the face and gently scrub for two to three minutes. Leave it for five minutes before rinsing. Oatmeal acts as a natural exfoliant while yoghurt's lactic acid helps brighten and nourish the skin.

Steam - Green Tea
Green tea is packed with antioxidants and thus applying a green tea steam will help to rejuvenate and detoxify the skin. Mix a green tea bag in hot water for five minutes. Leave over the bowl and cover the head with a towel to trap the steam. This allows it to open pores for five to ten minutes.
Face Mask - Aloe Vera And Tumeric
Mix two tablespoons of fresh aloe vera gel and a pinch of turmeric to apply to the face. Leave it for 15-20 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water. Aloe Vera gel helps hydrate and soothe the skin while turmeric reduces inflammation and adds a natural glow.
Moisturise - Coconut Oil
A teaspoon of coconut oil is perfect to serve as a natural moisturiser that helps keep the skin soft and nourished. Warm a small amount of coconut oil in your hands and gently massage it on the face.
