Mewing is a simple yet effective technique to reshape your face naturally. It is a special mouth posture exercise that has the power to enhance your facial structure. Mewing involves placing your tongue flat against the roof of your mouth while keeping your lips closed and your teeth lightly touching. Steps To Do Mewing

  1. Close your mouth and relax.
  2. Slowly move your jaw so that your bottom front teeth are positioned just behind your upper front teeth.
  3. Flatten your tongue across the roof of your mouth.
  4. Place the tip of your tongue right behind your upper front teeth without touching them.
  5. Hold this position for at least 10-20 seconds, or longer if possible. Repeat this step 5-6 times.
  6. Gradually increase the duration of holding your tongue in position to 30 seconds or more.
  7. For the best results, practice this exercise regularly and stay consistent with your routine!
