It often results in having too much of a male hormone called androgen. Many small sacs of fluid develop on the ovaries. They may fail to regularly release eggs, as per Mayo Clinic.

Healthy Breakfast Recipes For Women With PCOS That Promote Weight Loss 

1. Oats Apple Smoothie

Ingredients: quick-cooking rolled oats, almond milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, chopped dates, chia seeds and chopped apples.

How To Make: Combine quick-cooking rolled oats, almond milk, peanut butter and maple syrup in a large bowl. Mix the well and add chopped apples and dates to it. Now, blend all the ingredients together and pour them into a jar or glass. Your oats apple smoothie is ready.

2. Whole Moong Dosa

Ingredients: whole moong, rice, urad dal, oil, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander and spices

How To Make: Take a pan and combine moong and urad dal and soak them in water for around 4-5 hours. Blend the ingredients to form a thick paste. Now, add chopped onion and chillies to the paste. Add salt and other spices as per your taste and mix well. Now, take a non-stick pan and drizzle it with oil or ghee. Pour an amount of paste into the pan and let it cook on low flame. As one side turns golden brown, flip the dosa and let the other side cook as well. Serve hot.

3. Fermented Rice

Ingredients: rice, warm milk, salt, curd, onion and chilli

How To Make: Keep some cooked rice in water overnight. In the morning, add curd, warm milk and salt as per your taste to it. Put some chillies into it and mix well. Close the vessel with a lid and leave it overnight. In the morning, mix everything and enjoy.

4. Paneer Stuffed Paratha

Ingredients: wheat flour, green peas, chopped green chillies, oil or ghee, salt and other spices, scrambled paneer

How To Make: To make paratha mixture, take grated paneer, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and other spices as per your taste and mix well. Make a dough of the wheat flour and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Place a non-stick pan on gas and drizzle it with oil or ghee. Make paratha and stuff it with the mixture that you prepared and place it on the pan. Cook it from both sides using oil and serve hot.
