The foods that are most frequently linked to weight gain are processed meats, red meats, refined grains, potato chips, sweets, and drinks with added sugar. We devour processed foods until we feel full because they are heavy in fats and carbs and poor in proteins, which can lead to weight gain and obesity.
Sugary Drinks
Drinking beverages with added sugar, particularly fizzy drinks, can be a major cause of weight gain or obesity. Drinks high in sugar can swiftly raise and lower your blood sugar levels. You get more hungry and eat more as a result of this.
