2026 Tata Tiago CNG: The 2026 Tata Tiago facelift is set to launch in India on May 28, 2026. The brand has been heavily teasing the petrol and electric versions of its most affordable offering in the country. Now, the brand has revealed the interior of the 2026 Tata Tiago CNG facelift, and a slew of first-in-segment features are visible in the teaser video. 2026 Tata Tiago CNG: Interior & Features
As mentioned earlier, the Tata Tiago CNG will come equipped with a slew of first-in-segment features. The dashboard gets a completely new layout, and its top section gets a premium fabric finish. The cabin has also been updated with a free-standing, fully digital instrument cluster and a new floating touchscreen infotainment system. The centre console has also been redesigned, and it now features a rotary drive selector, instead of a traditional gear lever. While this is also a segment-first feature, the 2026 Tiago CNG also gets paddle shifters, dual wireless charging pads, and more. The hatchback by Tata is also expected to feature a 360-degree camera, and it also features rear AC vents, which is also a key addition.

2026 Tata Tiago CNG: Engine Specs
While the Tata Tiago CNG is expected to come equipped with a slew of new features and a redesigned exterior, it will likely remain unchanged in terms of powertrain. The Tiago CNG is powered by a 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine, which comes fitted with the brand’s iCNG technology that offers dual CNG tanks. The engine can be paired with a choice of either a 5-speed manual transmission or a 5-speed AMT transmission. In CNG mode, the engine can generate a peak power and torque output of 74 hp and 96.5 Nm, respectively. The manual transmission has a claimed mileage of up to 26.49 km/kg, whereas the AMT has a claimed mileage of 28.06 km/kg.
