Tata Avinya EV: Platform
The Tata Avinya EV is an electric SUV which is based on the Gen 3 EV platform of the brand. This platform has been developed by the brand solely for Battery Electric Vehicles. The Gen 3 EV is a skateboard-styled platform, and it supports software integration, fast charging, and a higher driving range. The platform is expected to provide a driving range of more than 500 kilometres.

Tata Avinya EV: Launch Timeline
The brand has confirmed its plans to launch 3 new electric cars by 2030. 3 new cars will be launched in India in 2026, and the list includes the Tata Punch EV, the Tata Sierra EV, and the Tata Avinya EV. While the Tata Punch EV will be launched first, the Tata Sierra EV will be launched following the former, and the Tata Avinya EV will be launched by the end of 2026.
Tata Avinya EV: Features
The Tata Avinya EV is expected to feature a flat-floor layout, which is expected to enhance the comfort inside the cabin. The Avinya EV might come equipped with a minimalist and lounge-style cabin. We also expect the Tata Avinya to come equipped with a triple-screen setup, dual-atmos audio system, a panoramic sunroof, and Level 2 ADAS capabilities.
