2026 Kia Seltos

The all-new Kia Seltos 2026 was recently unveiled in the country and is set to be launched on January 2, 2025. At the front, the 2026 Kia Seltos features a star map LED DRLs with integrated turn signals, LED projector headlamps with a welcome function, and a blacked-out tiger grille with metal accents. The 2026 Kia Seltos comes with a Trinity Panoramic Display setup. While it gets a connected dual-screen setup for the digital driver’s display and infotainment system, it also gets a 5.0-inch Heads-Up display.

Mahindra XUV 7XO

Mahindra is one of the top rivals of Tata in the country, and it is all set to launch its flagship Mahindra XUV 7XO SUV on January 5, 2026, in India. The XUV 7XO is essentially the Mahindra XUV700 facelift, and it follows the brand’s new nomenclature strategy. The recent images and a recently released teaser confirm that the upcoming Mahindra XUV 7XO will feature a triple-screen setup inside the cabin. It also shares glimpses of the two-spoke premium steering wheel, along with the dual-tone interior theme. The new teaser also shares a glimpse of the ‘Boss-Mode’ feature, which enhances the space for the rear passenger by pushing the co-passenger seat ahead.

Renault Duster

The Renault Duster is all set to make a comeback in 2026. Originally, the Duster was launched in India in 2012, and it was later discontinued in 2022. Now, the brand is all set to reintroduce one of its most popular SUVs in the country, and recently, it shared the first teaser as well. A test mule spotted earlier during testing hints at the SUV getting a three-screen setup with a 10.1-inch touchscreen-based infotainment system, a 7-inch display for the co-passenger, and a fully digital instrument cluster. It is also expected to feature a dual-zone climate control system, wireless charging, a panoramic sunroof, a 4x4 driving configuration, and more.

Nissan Tekton

Nissan, the Japanese car manufacturer, is also gearing up to launch a C-segment SUV in the country, and it is called the Nissan Tekton. In an exclusive interaction with the Jagran Hitech team, Saurabh Vats (MD, Nissan India) revealed that the company is planning to launch the Nissan Tekton in India in 2026. The Nissan Tekton was recently unveiled in India, and it shares its CMF-B platform with the Renault Duster. The upcoming Nissan Tekton is anticipated to feature a larger 10.1-inch touch screen infotainment system with a 7-inch fully digital driver’s display. It is also expected to come equipped with features such as a 360-degree camera, multiple driver modes, rear AC vents, and an automatic climate control system.

Mahindra’s Baby Scorpio

Mahindra showcased its Vision S concept at the brand’s NU Freedom event in August 2025. The Vision S concept is popularly known as the Mahindra Baby Scorpio in the country, and the testing for the vehicle has already begun. The Mahindra Baby Scorpio is also set to be launched in the country in 2026. The upcoming Baby Scorpio from Mahindra is expected to get a large panoramic sunroof, a dual screen-setup (with a 12.3-inch touchscreen), and a distinctive design for the AC vents. It is also expected to get a three-spoke steering wheel, dual-tone interiors, seat ventilation and heating, hill descent control, a dual-zone climate control system, a drive mode selector, and traction control.
