Horrific Accident Caught On CCTV: Mahindra Bolero SUV Crushed Under Overloaded Truck; Who’s At Fault?

Truck And Bolero Accident:  While the road infrastructure has improved in the past few years, the Indian roads are still full of uncertainties. Often, people don’t follow traffic rules, which ultimately results in fatal accidents. One such horrifying accident was recently caught on camera. An overloaded truck lost control after crashing into the divider and crushed the Mahindra Bolero standing next to it.

Overloaded Truck Crushed Mahindra Bolero

The video was shared on the social media platform X by a user named Sachin Gupta. The video features a truck moving in the right direction. Then a Mahindra Bolero SUV tries to take the right turn for a U-Turn, and in an attempt to avoid the collision, the truck driver suddenly turns to the right and crashes into the divider. After crashing into the divider, the Truck loses control and overturns on the Mahindra Bolero and Crushes it. The driver of the Mahindra Bolero lost his life in the horrifying accident.

Who Is At Fault?

Taking a look at the video, anyone would think that the truck driver is at fault. However, it is very hard to say who is at fault, as both drivers made mistakes. While the truck was overloaded with wooden sawdust, the driver of the Mahindra Bolero did not use the indicator and suddenly took a right turn. If the driver of the Mahindra Bolero had looked before taking a turn, the truck driver would not have crashed into the divider. Vice-Versa, if the truck had not been overloaded with the sawdust, it would not have lost control after crashing into the divider.
