New MG Hector: The MG Hector facelift is all set to be officially revealed in the country tomorrow. The brand recently shared a new teaser showcasing some new glimpses of the upcoming SUV. The prototype of the MG Hector facelift has also been spied testing on the Indian roads several times. Let’s take a look at the design, features, and powertrain of the upcoming MG Hector facelift.
MG Hector Facelift: The New Teaser
The new teaser begins with the MG logo, and then, it shows the alloy wheel of the upcoming MG Hector facelift. However, the tyre has a size of 16 inches, whereas the outgoing model uses 17 or 18-inch tyres. Then the trailer showcases the dashboard of the SUV, which is finished in a dual-tone with tan and black paint. Then we can see all three-rows of seats of the MG Hector facelift. The trailer ends with showcasing the taillight of the MG Hector, which looks similar to the outgoing model of the MG Hector Plus. In the very last few seconds, we can see the MG Hector facelift in the new Celadon Blue paint shade.

MG Hector Facelift Design
The MG Hector facelift retains the overall contour of its outgoing model. However, the new MG Hector is also expected to feature several design details that will differentiate it from the predecessor. The MG Hector facelift comes with a redesigned front grille with horizontal slats, split LED headlights, and a redesigned bumper. The sides also remain largely the same, albeit it is expected to feature new 19-inch alloy wheels. On the rear, the SUV is expected to get a connected LED taillamp and a redesigned bumper.

MG Hector Facelift Features
The MG Hector facelift is also expected to come equipped with several advanced features. The list of features on the new MG Hector may include a dual-tone theme-based interior, a larger vertically placed touchscreen in the centre, multi-touch gesture controls, a panoramic sunroof, a 360-degree camera, a two-zone climate control system, rear AC vents, and a Level 2 ADAS suite.

MG Hector Powertrain
While the MG Hector facelift is expected to receive some major changes in terms of design and features, it will likely retain the powertrain options offered on the outgoing model. The new MG Hector is expected to come equipped with the same turbo-petrol and diesel engine options as the outgoing model. However, the brand is also expected to introduce a new diesel-automatic powertrain option with the upcoming MG Hector facelift.
