Mokama Election Result 2025 Live Updates: JDU's candidate Anant Singh registered a resounding victory from the Mokama Assembly Constituency, thereby becoming MLA for the fourth time. Singh secured over 91,000 votes against 63,000 votes secured by RJD's Veena Devi. Jan Suraaj Party's Piyush Priyadarshi came third with approximately 14,000 votes.
The Assembly constituency gained the media spotlight after the murder of Jan Suraaj Party supporter Dularchand Yadav. Singh was arrested on November 2 in connection with the murder of Jan Suraaj Party supporter Dular Chand Yadav, who was killed during a rally on October 30. Despite the controversy, this win marks his sixth straight triumph from the constituency.
