Three hundred thousand students in classes 10, 11 and 12 at the district's government schools will be provided with online preparation for competitive examinations. This initiative aims to provide talented students from underprivileged backgrounds with the opportunity to become doctors and engineers.
To facilitate this, special classes will be held in 75 ICT labs across the district. Higher secondary schools will be equipped with computers and large-screen televisions to conduct online lessons, and classes will run on batteries and inverters during power cuts. Following a directive from the Education Department, preparations for the program have commenced at the District Education Office level.
For science and medical aspirants, online coaching will be available at schools after daily classes. The Education Department is expected to sign an academic agreement with IIT Kanpur very soon, and their teachers will provide support. Students preparing for engineering will receive online coaching in mathematics, physics, chemistry and English. Similarly, students wishing to pursue a career in medicine will be taught biology, botany and English. All ICT labs in the district are also being upgraded for this purpose.
For students in classes 11 and 12 who are not interested in science subjects, preparation will be provided for examinations such as the SSC (Staff Selection Commission), Railway and others. A separate group will be formed for these students, and additional classes will be conducted outside of regular school hours. Experts from renowned institutions are being selected at the departmental level to teach these courses, and academic agreements will be made with them.

Under this program, students will attend online coaching from Monday to Friday each week. A test will be conducted on the topics covered during the week. This process will help identify talented students, who will then receive additional encouragement to help them succeed in their competitive examinations on their first attempt.
