Amrit Bharat Express Trains Route Announced: Indian Railways is set to introduce five new Amrit Bharat Express trains from the East Central Railway zone, aiming to improve rail connectivity between Bihar and major cities across the country. The train, scheduled to begin operations on January 17 and 18, includes Howrah-Anand Vihar, Sealdah-Varanasi, Panvel-Alipurduar, Dibrugarh-Gomtinagar, and Kamakhya-Rohtak Amrit Bharat Express.

The five new Amrit Bharat Express trains will connect key stations in Bihar, including Gaya, DDU, Patna, Ara, Buxar, Hajipur, Sonpur, Muzaffarpur, Samastipur, Khagaria, Begusarai, Barauni, Mansi, Naugachia, and Katihar, with major destinations in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Assam, and the northeastern states.

Speaking to Jagran.com, Saraswati Chandra, Chief Public Relations Officer of the East Central Railway, stated that the Amrit Bharat Express trains are equipped with modern amenities and are expected to offer passengers in Bihar a faster, more comfortable, and reliable travel experience.

Howrah-Anand Vihar-Howrah Anand Vihar Amrit Bharat Express Train

- The train is scheduled commence operations as Santragachi-Anand Vihar Amrit Bharat Inaugural Special on January 18.

- In its journey, the train will halt at several key stations, including Gaya, Anugrah Narayan Road, Dehri-on-Sone, Sasaram, and Bhabua Road before reaching Anand Vihar.

Sealdah-Varanasi-Sealdah Amrit Bharat Express Train

- The train will begin operations as Sealdah-Varanasi Amrit Bharat Inaugural Special on January 18.

- The train will stop at Patna Junction and DDU Junction before reaching Varanasi.

Panvel-Alipurduar-Panvel Amrit Bharat Express Train

- The train will begin operating as Siliguri-Panvel Amrit Bharat Inaugural Special on January 17.

- During its inaugural run, it will halt at Katihar, Naugachia, Mansi, Khagaria, Hasanpur Road, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, Hajipur, Sonpur, Patliputra, Danapur, Ara, Buxar, and DDU before reaching Panvel.

Dibrugarh-Gomtinagar-Dibrugarh Amrit Bharat Express Train

- The Dibrugarh-Gomtinagar Amrit Bharat Express will start operations as an Inaugural Special on January 18.

- The train will depart from Dibrugarh and reach Gomtinagar via halting at key stations, including Katihar, Naugachia, Khagaria, Begusarai, Barauni Junction, Hajipur, and Sonpur along the route.

Kamakhya-Rohtak-Kamakhya Amrit Bharat Express Train

- The train is also scheduled to commence operations on January 18 as Kamakhya-Rohtak Amrit Bharat Inaugural Special.

- The train will halt at Katihar, Naugachia, Mansi, Khagaria, Begusarai, Barauni Junction, Hajipur, and Sonpur before reaching Rohtak.
