MCX Gold, Silver Rate Today: Mirroring the rally in the domestic equity market post the India-US trade deal announcement, bullion prices soared in the domestic commodity market as well. The Silver futures contract (March 5 expiry) escalated nearly Rs 21,000 to a high of 2,57,480 per kilogram in early trade against the last session's closing of Rs 2,36,261 on Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX).

Similarly, Gold futures contract (April 2 expiry) surged about Rs 5,000 to a high of Rs 1,49,485 per 10 grams against the last day's closing of Rs 1,43,991 in early trade on MCX.

At the time of writing, MCX gold was trading at Rs 149350, up Rs 5359 or 3.72 per cent. While MCX Silver was at Rs 2,53,300, up Rs 17,039 or 7.21 per cent.

Gold Silver Rate In The International Market

The bullion prices surged significantly in the international market. At the time of writing, COMEX Gold was at $4,844.30 per ounce, up $191.70 or 4.12 per cent, while COMEX Silver was at $83.185, up $6.176 or 8.02 per cent.

24k, 22k Gold Rate In India

The 24k gold rate today in India is Rs 1,50,400 per 10 grams, while the 22 karat gold rate today is Rs 1,37,867 per 10 grams. At the same time, the 20 karat gold rate in India today is Rs 1,25,333, and the 18 karat gold price is Rs 1,12,800 per 10 grams.
