Year Ender 2025: The National Stock Exchange (NSE) released a report on the IPOs launched in 2025. The report listed the number of mainboard IPOs launched in India, and the largest and smallest IPOs this year.

According to an NSE document, a total of 101 IPOs were launched in 2025 until December 19, compared to 90 issues launched in 2024. A total of Rs 1,71,368 crore was raised through public offerings.

Who Brought Biggest IPO Of 2025?

Tata Capital's IPO emerged as the largest IPO of 2025. The company raised Rs 15,512 crore through this IPO. The public offering by Tata Capital, the financial company of the Tata Group, was a mix of an issue of 21 crore new shares worth Rs 6,846 crore and an offer for sale of shares worth Rs 8,665.87 crore. The stock listed on the NSE and BSE on October 13 at Rs 330 per unit, a 1.23 per cent premium over the IPO issue price of Rs 326 per share.

The issue was subscribed 1.95 times. The company reported a 2 per cent increase in its consolidated profit after tax to Rs 1,097.32 crore in the latest September quarter, compared to Rs 1,075.72 crore in the same period last fiscal year.

The smallest mainboard IPO of 2025 was that of Jinkushal Industries. The IPO was worth Rs 116 crore. The stock began trading on the NSE and BSE on October 3 at Rs 125 per unit, a 3.31 per cent premium to the IPO issue price of Rs 121 per share.
