IND vs WI 3rd ODI: India captain Shubman Gill won the toss and elected to bat first against West Indies in the third and final ODI.
Gill expects the pitch to offer some assistance to the bowlers in the opening overs before settling down and becoming a good surface for batting.
India have made three changes to their playing XI, with Anshul Kamboj making his ODI debut, while Nitish Kumar Reddy and Mohammed Siraj also return to the side.
West Indies have also made three changes for the series finale, bringing in Jewel Andrew, Matthew Forde and Gudakesh Motie. Keacy Carty, Roston Chase and Shamar Joseph make way as the visitors look to finish the series strongly.

Gill Chooses To Bat First
After winning the toss, Gill explained his decision to bat first, saying he expects the first three or four overs to offer something for the bowlers. However, he believes the surface should become increasingly favourable for batting once it settles.
The Indian captain was also pleased with the team's batting performances in the series but acknowledged that the bowling unit has had some concerns. Gill stressed the importance of learning from those moments and improving as a group.
He also pointed towards the relative inexperience in India's bowling attack, saying more time together on the field should help the bowlers understand each other's games better. Gill added that even saving 15-20 runs can make a significant difference in a match.
West Indies captain Shai Hope said he would also have preferred to bowl first had he won the toss, but was satisfied with the situation.
Hope believes the West Indies batting has performed well through the series and identified consistency as the main area for improvement with the bat.
According to the skipper, however, the bigger concern has been with the bowling, where the team needs to execute its plans more effectively.
