RCB vs PBKS IPL 2025: Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) captain Rajat Patidar's experience likely gave him a clear idea of where towering Kyle Jamieson's delivery would land after slamming the pacer for a perfectly played six; however, the fine foresight to anticipate the ball's trajectory did not go as the RCB player planned.

Like a wild hairpin bend, it crawled towards Patidar's toes, sending the RCB skipper packing after playing a knock of 26 off 16 in the 11th over of the game.

Jamieson dismissed RCB captain Rajat Patidar on the fifth ball of the 11th over of RCB’s inning to break the 40-run third wicket partnership between him and Virat Kohli.

After getting hit for a towering maximum on his fifth delivery of 11th over, a change of pace worked wonders for Jamieson as his slower delivery deceived Patidar to attempt to shuffle across resulting in a missed hit, with the ball bobbing the pads and stumping him cleanly.

With RCB reeling at 3 wickets down, the onus now shifts to Virat Kohli, who has been watching from the other end as his batting partners fall.

At the time of this report, RCB's innings had reached 111/3 in 13 overs, with Virat Kohli and Liam Livingstone batting together at the crease, shouldering the responsibility of RCB's comeback.
