India's star wicket-keeper batter KL Rahul and his wife, Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty shared some good news with their fans by revealing their first pregnancy on 8th November, Friday and shared this news on their official social media account. The couple tied the knot in January last year and showed their excitement while looking forward to welcoming their firstborn next year. They received congratulatory messages from both fans and other celebrities and thus sent the whole social media into a frenzy.
Athiya, who is the daughter of Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty, also took to her social media account and posted the same picture thus showing her excitement towards a wonderful life. The fans noticed the timing as they announced this right after Rahul played for India A against Australia A, as he gears up for the five-match Test series against Australia. The batter is seen struggling in the second unofficial Test match as he scored 10 and 14 runs during both the innings.

Since Rohit Sharma would be giving the first Test match a miss owing to personal reasons, there are high chances that Rahul might replace him, due to his experience and ability to play as an opener.
