T20 World Cup 2026 Points Table: The points table of Group A underwent a huge change post two thrilling matches on Tuesday. Pakistan defeated the USA by 32 runs and has become the table toppers, whereas the Netherlands is lying in third position after defeating Namibia by 7 wickets.

Pakistan, which survived a nervy win against the Netherlands during the first match, bounced back brilliantly against the USA and won the match after a few setbacks.

Sahibzada Farhan and Pakistan’s spin attack guided the team to victory

Sahibzada Farhan's heroics helped the team post a target of 190 runs, which was the most for them after 2016. Farhan scored a match-winning knock of 73 runs off 41 balls and stitched brilliant partnerships with Saim Ayub and Babar Azam. But Shadab Khan's late surge helped them post a winning target.

Shadley van Schalkwyk was the pick among the USA bowlers as he registered figures of 4/25.

The USA had a flying start while chasing, as Shayan Jahangir scored a gritty knock of 49 runs off 34 balls. But Pakistan's spinners rattled their innings by taking 7 wickets and gave 115 runs along with brilliant fielding.

Shubham Ranjane led from the front as he smashed back-to-back sixes off Shaheen Shah Afridi over the leg side. He reached his first T20I half-century off 28 balls, but with 35 needed from the last five deliveries, he was trapped lbw just two balls later.
