The results are out now. Out of 14,44,713 students who appeared for the exams, 14,33,058 have passed, bringing the pass percentage at 89.79%.

The MSBSHSE has declared Class 12th results now. The overall pass percentage stood at 89.79%, which is approximately 2% lower than last year. In 2025, the pass rate stood at 91.88%.

Science stream leads with 96.44%, followed by Arts at 78.02 per cent. Commerce stood at 87.03 per cent, while Vocational and ITI streams recorded 82.74 per cent and 81.78 per cent respectively.

The results are out now. Among the divisional boards, Konkan district has topped this year. It has registered an impressive pass percentage of 94.14% under the regular category. On the contrary, Latur division got the lowest pass percentage of 84.14%.

Continuing the streak, this year also, girls have outdid boys in the Board examination. They have secured  93.15 pass percentage, while boys stand at 86.80 per cent. The overall pass percentage recorded at 89.70%. 

The Board has announced Class 12th results 2026 today via a press conference, held at Pune’s office. The official link will be activated at 12 Noon. This year, the pass percentage stood at 89.79%.

The Board will conduct three sessions of Improvement exams, including June–July 2026, February–March 2027 and June–July 2027. This gives flexibility to students to appear in any session and improve their marks.

The Maharashtra Board Exams 2026 were held across nine divisional heads including  Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur and others. The result will highlight candidate’s performance in these regions across streams under the Board. 

Students can access their results through the Digilocker app after the official announcement. They need to login to the app with their registered Aadhaar-linked mobile number, Under the education section, select the Maharashtra board and download your marksheet for secure storage.

The Maharashtra Board has introduced a QR code feature to enhance verification of documents through scanning. This new feature will simplify the verification process while taking admission to colleges and reducing the hassles of carrying physical documents. 

With only a few hours left for the result declaration, the Digilocker app is showing the “Coming Soon” ticker. Students must be prepared with their login details to access the result without any delay.

For this year, the Maharashtra board has combined the MSBSHSE marksheet  and the passing certificate into a single account. This unified document will be available digitally on the portal.

To access the results, students need their seat number and mother’s name. These details are present on your hall ticket. You need to login on the official website with these credentials and download the marksheet. 

After the results are declared, students can follow the given steps to download them from the official portal:

Step 2: Click on the “HSC Examination Result 2026” link. 

Step 3: The login window will appear. Enter your seat  number and mother’s name.

Step 4: Submit to view your result.

Step 5: Download the marksheet for future use. 

• Distinction: 75% or higher

• First Division: 60% to 74%

• Second Division: 45% to 59%

• Pass Grade: 35% to 44%

• Failed: Below 35%

No, the Board refrain from announcing the topper list alongside the HSC results. This decision is taken to reduce pressure on the students and appreciate each and every one’s hard word. Additionally a consolidated stream-wise data will be shared during the press conference. 

To pass Class 12th exam 2026, students need at least 35% marks. Those who fall short can appear in the supplementary examinations and improve their marks. 

The Maharashtra Board will announce stream-wise results. Students from Science, Arts, and Commerce streams will be able to download their marksheet from the official portal. Those who clear the exam will be eligible for further college admission. 

The official portals will become active at 12 PM, post the press conference scheduled at 11 AM. Students can check their marks online using their seat number and other required details once the link is activated on the official portals.
