IDBI Recruitment 2023: Applications are being accepted for the positions of executive sales and operations (ESO) and junior assistant manager (Grade 'O) at the Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI). There are 2,100 openings overall, of which 800 are for junior assistant manager positions and 1,300 are for senior positions, according to the official IDBI statement. Interested candidates may apply on the IDBI official website, idbibank.in, till December 6th. December 30 and 31 2023 are the dates set aside for the IDBI recruiting exam.

The official notification also states: "The appointment is purely contractual in nature. The appointee shall not be entitled to draw any allowances such as DA, HRA, etc. nor be entitled for any superannuation benefits, gratuity and provident fund."

IDBI Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Before filling out the application form, candidates are advised to check the IDBI recruitment 2023 eligibility criteria mentioned below:-

- Junior assistant manager (Grade ‘O’): A bachelor's degree in the unreserved (UR) category with a minimum of 60% in marks. Candidates for the Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD), Schedule Tribe (ST), and Schedule Caste (SC) categories must have received at least 55% of the possible points.

- Executive (Sales and Operations): A graduate in any discipline from an accredited university. Only completing a diploma course will not be taken into account.

Note:- The age range for candidates to be considered is November 2, 1998, to November 1, 2003 (inclusive). However, the minimum age: is 20 years and the maximum age: is 25 years.

IDBI Recruitment 2023: Selection process and application fees

An online exam, document verification, in-person interview, and pre-recruitment medical test are all part of the selection process.

The annual salary range for candidates chosen for the junior assistant manager position is Rs 6,14,000 to Rs 6,50,000. The first year's remuneration for those chosen for the executive position will be Rs 29,000, while the second year's salary will be Rs 31,000.
