The JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Result is OUT. Candidates can check their result on the Official Website.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon activate the JEE Main 2026 result link. Candidates can download their scorecard, check marks, percentile, and qualifying status online.

As per the latest data shared, enrolment of SC and ST students has increased across Central Universities, IITs and IIMs between 2014-15 and 2022-23 (provisional).

IITs saw SC enrolment rise from 10,392 to 18,076 and ST enrolment from 4,546 to 7,408.

JoSAA 2025 Counselling Overview

The National Testing Agency will be announcing the JEE Main 2026 results today, February 16, 2026. Although the time of announcement of the result is not yet confirmed, it is expected that the results will be announced by evening.

There will be negative marking for Section B. However, if any discrepancy or discrepancy is found after the key verification challenge process, it will be corrected as follows:

1. Correct answer: four marks (+4)

2. Incorrect answer: minus one mark (-1)

3. Marked without answer/review (without entering any numerical value): No mark (0).

4. If a question is found to be incorrect or deleted, all candidates appearing in that particular shift will be awarded four marks (+4).

5. Candidates are advised to perform calculations using the constants (if any) given in the questions.
