CBSE Free Courses Initiative: In a major move to bridge the gap between school education and industry requirements, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has introduced 19 free online technology courses. Aimed at students from Classes 8 to 12, this forward-thinking initiative is designed to equip the youth with essential skills in emerging technological domains without any financial burden.

The program has been launched in strategic collaboration with the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) through the newly established National Digital University (NDU) platform. This joint effort ensures that Indian students receive high-quality, standardised digital education directly from their homes, fostering self-paced learning alongside their regular school curricula.
