Indian Creative Talent:  Bringing together some of the country’s most promising emerging creative talent, the MIW Design Show 2026 (Made in WUD) returns with its second Delhi edition on May 28 at the Visual Arts Gallery, India Habitat Centre. Now in its second Delhi edition following a successful debut last year, the show brings together 60 carefully selected graduation projects chosen from over 319 student works presented during MIW Week at the WUD campus.

The exhibition showcases emerging talent across Fashion & Textile Design, Communication Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Product Design, Transportation Design, UI/UX, Visual & Performing Arts, Animation, Digital Media and Business.

Key Themes and Industry Collaborations

The exhibition reflects how young designers and creative professionals are responding to contemporary themes, including sustainability, mobility, technology, identity, culture, wellbeing, retail, digital experiences, and social innovation. Many of the showcased works emerge from live industry collaborations, research-led inquiry, and interdisciplinary exploration.

This year’s graduating cohort has collaborated with leading organisations across fashion, design, mobility, retail, technology and creative industries, including Jaypore, House of Indya, Ashish Soni, Ahluwalia Contracts, Triox Mobility, Gravity Studio, AVAATAR, Cuvoid Creative, Smart NGO, RI Game Studio and several others.

MIW Design Show 2026: Key Design Project

At the MIW Design Show 2026, two standout innovations remarkably redefine the boundaries of user-centric design and practical engineering are as follow:

AH-64 Apache Collective Grip & IR Tracker:

Developed by Ujjwal Sharma (B.Des Product Design) under Threye Interactive, this project features a high-fidelity, simulation-grade collective grip and tactile switch system. Paired with an intuitive, headset-powered DIY infrared head-tracker, it delivers a seamless, high-performance interface for tactical flight simulation.

Pivot: Urban Folded Bicycle

Designed by Gaurav Saxena (B.Des Transportation Design), Pivot is an affordable folding bicycle tackling last-mile mobility. Catering to commuters aged 12–70, its minimalist design offers seamless portability and adaptive utility, integrating effortlessly with public transit.
