Karnataka SSLC 2027: The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has officially started the online registration for the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) Exam 1, 2027 through its official portal. Schools have to register their students by November 11, 2026. The process includes uploading photographs, signatures in JPEG format, and verifying all information before the final submission. 

The registration portal is open for candidates under the regular, repeat, and disability categories. Schools also need to provide the identification details, including the Permanent Education Number (PEN) and APAAR ID, wherever applicable, as per the school’s guidelines.

How To Register?

Schools can follow the given steps to complete the registration process before the deadline. 

Step 1: Go to the KSEB official website at kseab.karnataka.gov.in.

Step 2: Browse through the school login portal and enter the school's registered username and password.

Step 3: Fill in the required information of the eligible students.

Step 4: Upload mandatory documents, including photographs and signatures. 

Step 5: Review all details carefully before submitting the registration form.

Karnataka SSLC 2027: Exam 1 Dates Released

The board has released the tentative exam schedule for the SSLC Exam 1 2027. Any objection regarding the exam dates can be submitted through the KSEAB official portal until October 22, 2026.

As per the tentative schedule, the examinations will be held from March 22 to April 5, 2027. Most papers will be held from 10 am to 1:15 pm, while second and third language papers are generally scheduled from 10 am to 1 pm. The proposed exam schedule is as follows:
