UP Home Guard Result 2026 Out: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has officially announced the UP Home Guard Recruitment Examination Result 2026. Candidates who appeared in the written examination can now access their results through the board's official website.

The recruitment drive aims to fill 41,424 Home Guard vacancies across Uttar Pradesh. More than 19 lakh candidates appeared for the examination held between April 25 and April 27, 2026, making it one of the state's largest recruitment exercises in recent years.

UP Home Guard Result 2026 Released for 41,424 Vacancies

According to the official notification issued by UPPRB, a total of 1,07,221 candidates have qualified for the next stage of the recruitment process. This figure is approximately 2.6 times the number of advertised vacancies.

The shortlisted candidates will now proceed to document verification and physical tests. The board is expected to announce the schedule for these stages shortly.

Step 2:  Click on the UP Police Home Guard Result 2026 link available on the homepage.

Step 3:  Enter your registration number, roll number, and date of birth.

Step 4:  Verify the details entered and click on the Submit button.

Step 5: Your result and qualifying status will appear on the screen.

Step 6: Download the scorecard and take a printout for future reference.

UP Home Guard Result 2026: What Happens After the Written Examination?

Candidates who qualify in the written examination will have to undergo further selection stages before final appointment.

The next stages include:

-Document Verification (DV)

-Physical Standard Test (PST)

-Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

-Medical Examination

Final selection will be based on successful completion of all these stages.

UP Home Guard Result 2026: What Are the Physical Test Requirements?

The Physical Efficiency Test standards differ for male and female candidates.

-Male candidates must complete a 4.8-kilometre run in 28 minutes.

-Female candidates are required to complete a 2.4-kilometre run in 16 minutes.
