UPSSSC Exam Calendar 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has officially released the exam calendar 2026, proposing a tentative schedule for major recruitment examinations, PET, and interviews for various departments and posts. As per the official notification PDF, the calendar mentions exam dates for the written examinations, the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET), Physical Standard Tests, Physical Efficiency Tests, typing examinations, medical examinations, and interviews. Eligible candidates appearing for the concerned recruitment examinations must start their preparation according to the tentative exam schedule.
UPSSSC Exam Calendar 2026: Exam Dates For Upcoming Recruitment Examination
The Commission has further clarified that the schedule is tentative and can be changed under special conditions.
For the Technical Assistant Group C recruitment, the Mains will be held on August 9, followed by the Combined Lower Subordinate Services (Graduate Level) Main Examination on August 23.

PET, Skill Tests In October
The Commission has proposed that PET 2026 can be conducted in October 2026. For Forest Guard and Wildlife Guard recruitment, the Physical Standard and Physical Efficiency Tests are scheduled for February 10 to 19, while similar tests for the Enforcement Constable recruitment will be held from February 22 to 28.
Typing tests for the Stenographer are proposed to start from September 1, while the Junior Assistant typing test will be held in December 2026.
Interview Schedule Also Proposed
For posts such as Instructor Power Electronics System, Assistant Statistical Officer (Animal Husbandry), Instructor Turner, Basic Cosmetology, Fashion Technology, Sewing Technology, Dress Making, Fitter, Draftsman and Mechanic Diesel, the interview will be held from June to October 2026.
However, the Vidhan Bhavan Guard/Forest Guard Mains are scheduled in December 2026. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the Commission's website for the latest information regarding the examination and interview schedule for their respective recruitment notifications.
