Adipurush Rocks Karnataka Box Office: In a matter of hours, people around the globe will finally get to witness the highly anticipated movie Adipurush, directed by Om Raut, as it hits theatres today. The film is a unique interpretation of the Ramayana, and it has created a lot of excitement among audiences.

KRG Studios is responsible for distributing the film in Karnataka, and it features a star-studded cast including Prabhas, Sunny Singh, Saif Ali Khan, and Kriti Sanon. This release is a significant milestone for the studio, as Adipurush marks their 90th film distribution. Therefore, they are sparing no effort to make sure this momentous occasion goes down in history.

The pre-booking for Adipurush started on June 11 in Karnataka, primarily for Telugu 3D screenings, and the tickets were quickly selling out. Subsequently, the Hindi version became available for booking. However, initially, there was no information about the Kannada dubbed version, leading to a lot of criticism from internet users directed towards the distribution company.

However, Karthik Gowda from KRG Studios reassured the concerned people that an adequate number of Kannada screenings would be available. As of June 15, he had already assigned around 85 shows, and intends to increase this number to potentially reach 100 shows. According to industry analysts, the pre-release ticket sales for Adipurush in Karnataka have been outstanding.

Approximately 115,000 tickets have already been sold, amounting to just under Rs 3 crore in revenue. The majority of these sales are for the Telugu version of the movie, while bookings for the Kannada version are yet to gain momentum.

As of June 15, the total number of screens for Adipurush, according to Karthik Gowda from KRG Studios, is as follows: 146 screens for the Kannada version, 192 screens for the Telugu version, 98 screens for the Hindi version, 18 screens for the Tamil version, and 3 screens for the Malayalam version. In the Bengaluru region alone, the film has secured 133 early morning shows, with the earliest show starting at 5 am.

It seems that Adipurush, which is scheduled to release in Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam, has finalised its digital partnership. Amazon Prime Video has acquired the rights to the movie.
