Avinash, who secured third place in the finale of Bigg Boss 18, finally broke his silence on his bond with co-contestant and close friend Eisha. Amidst the buzzing rumours, he denied any romantic connection, stating that it was only friendship.

After coming out of the Bigg Boss 18 house, Avinash Mishra addressed all the speculations about his bond with Eisha Singh. In a conversation with News18, he said, "I never said it was a romantic bond. She is a really good friend. Yes, I admit there was a time I felt a bit more for her, but we discussed it. We both decided that this is not the right place to have these kinds of conversations or even think about it. So right now, we are just really good friends, and that’s it."

He added, "Let time answer these things. Isse zyada kuch hoga to hum apko khud hi bata denge. I know that the audience has trended #AbhiSha a lot, so we won’t hide our relationship from them at all."

Avinash, whose gameplay focused on prioritizing himself and his goal of winning the trophy, reflected on missing that goal. He said, "I had expected to lift the trophy. That's the mindset you have when you enter the show. But I made it this far, so I have to appreciate that and be grateful for the journey. Honestly? Third place in a chaotic madhouse like Bigg Boss is no small feat."
