Bigg Boss 18 winner Karan Veer Mehra often received comparisons to Bigg Boss 13 winner and late actor Sidharth Shukla during his time on the show. Karan’s personality and gameplay in the Bigg Boss house drew parallels with Sidharth’s iconic performance during his season. After winning the title, Karan broke his silence on the comparison with the late actor and expressed his admiration by sharing a touching anecdote.

Karan Veer Mehra On Comparison With Sidharth Shukla

Bigg Boss 18 fame Karan Veer expressed his happiness about being compared to late actor Sidharth Shukla. He also praised Shukla for his persona. During a media interaction after his win, Karan said, "Bohut acha ladka tha wo. Mera bohut acha dost tha. Humne kaafi zyada time spend nahi kiya, but we knew each other very well. Main khush hoon ki mujhe ussey compare kiya jaa raha hai. Wo dil ka bohut bada insaan tha."

The Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 winner recalled a sweet gesture from Sidharth Shukla when he was new to Bombay. He continued, "I remember jab main naya aaya tha Bombay toh uske paas ek bohut badi bike thi. Maine request kiya tha ki, 'Mujhe photos khichani hai apne portfolio ke liye. Toh main kya main tere bike ke paas khada ho kar khichwa loon?' (When I was new in Bombay, he had a huge bike. I told him, 'I needed to get pictures clicked for my portfolio. Can I pose near your bike?')"

Karan Veer also shared that he misses Sidharth and wish he could share this winning moment with him. "Wo neechay aa kar apni chaabi de gaya and usne bola ki, 'Back road pe chalaate hue photos kheech'. Itni mehengi bike agar koi aise dost ko dede toh aap samajh sakte ho dil kitna bada tha uska. I miss him. I wish I could share this moment with him (He came downstairs, handed me the keys, and said, 'Take photos while riding it on the back road.' If someone can lend such a costly bike to a friend, you can imagine how big-hearted he was.)

Sidharth Shukla won everyone's heart with his stint in Bigg Boss 13, a season which remains one of the most cherished seasons in the show’s history.
